As seen in the beta 1, levels afterward this zone are not straightforward. It's also the first boss encountered in the wad, so he's easy to beat, or at least it should be.Īlso, why this level is straightforward ? All the 3 acts of Green Hill are like that, for the player to get used to a few mechanics. Better design at the end, new monsters, a cutscene and a boss, which is a tribute (kinda) to the first boss of the series on the Sega Megadrive / Genesis. This map changed a bit since the last time when it was included in the multiplayer version of the wad.
